A Notice to Members regarding COVID-19

To All Members,

The upcoming golf season is looking to be a challenging one.  For many of our members, vacations have been suspended as they make their way home to face a period of self-isolation.

Your Board of Directors has been closely following health updates and recommendations as they may pertain to the opening of our golf course.  Amid the ongoing concerns about the Coronavirus and the speed in which this situation continues to change, we will open the golf course for play as soon as possible but not until at least after April 4th. Of course, weather is also a factor and carts won’t be available unless the course is dry enough.

You may come into the Pro Shop beginning March 28th and pay for your membership but we ask that you honour our play date. It would be best if you called in with your information to avoid direct contact for a couple of weeks. We may have to alter these dates as required by the Health Units recommendations.

You may notice a few grounds staff working, in our attempt to ensure the course is ready to receive play at the appropriate time.  In order to keep our skeleton crew safe, we ask that members avoid the golf course until an official opening is declared.   This holds true for the Pro Shop and Clubhouse area.  If you have any questions regarding the upcoming season please feel free to contact us at either: napaneegolf@napaneegcc.com or 613/354-2313.

Your patronage is important to us. Please find attached the membership form and the 2020 membership fees.  The membership form is also available on the website. We are hopeful that all will be ready for play in the coming weeks with minimal disruption.  In the meantime, please follow social distancing measures as outlined by KFL&A Public Health.  Together we can help minimize the impact of this virus and keep our community healthy.
